GENERAL INFO

  • Jenna Turner Permanent Cosmetics is based in a private treatment room within Aura Aesthetics Clinic, perfectly positioned in the heart of Rochester’s historic, vibrant high street. The room offers beautiful views of Rochester Castle and Cathedral, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery throughout your treatment.

    The clinic is conveniently located for clients from all over Kent (Medway, Gravesend, Maidstone), as well as for those in Essex, Surrey, Sussex and South East London. Convenient parking is available at several nearby car parks and the studio is easily accessible by train or bus.

  • There are several car parks conveniently located around Rochester High Street, all within easy walking distance of the clinic. The closest car park is Boley Hill (Rochester Castle), which is just a 1–2 minute walk from the clinic. The Cathedral car park is the next closest option and is approximately a 5-minute walk away. All nearby car parks accept cash, contactless payments or RingGo.

    Please allow a little extra time for parking and locating the clinic when arriving for your appointment. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to ensure we can give each client the time they deserve.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable; however, appointments may be rescheduled provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price and a new deposit will be required to make another booking. As a small business, each appointment blocks out a significant portion of our working day and we may also incur premises costs, even if the treatment does not go ahead. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible. We recommend allowing extra time for traffic, parking and locating the premises.

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to ensure there is sufficient time to carry out your treatment safely and to the required standard. In this situation, the full treatment fee will still apply and a new deposit will be required to make another booking.

PERMANENT MAKEUP

  • Providing that there are no medical contra-indications, anyone over the age of 18 can have permanent make up. Before your treatment date you will receive medical forms to complete. A patch test is also required to ensure there are no adverse reactions to the pigment and anaesthetic used during the treatment. I ensure a full consultation is always carried out before the treatments begins.

  • The pigment used is designed to break down in the skin over time. Permanent Cosmetic treatments can last several years, but this is dependent on skin tone, skin type, sun exposure, lifestyle and medication. With this in mind, a colour boost appointment is recommended around 12-18 months after your initial treatment.

  • Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for your permanent cosmetic treatment. While the procedure may take less time, appointments are scheduled to ensure there is no pressure or rushing, allowing for the best possible results.

  • Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any treatments can be carried out. You will not be able to go ahead with your treatment if you do not complete a patch test. 

  • Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your initial PMU appointment. This is taken at the time of online booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

    The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment and can be settled by cash, credit or debit card, contactless payment, bank transfer, or Klarna.

  • The cost of your PMU treatment is divided between your initial appointment and your 6–8 week touch-up appointment, as these are priced separately.

    A deposit is required when booking both your initial and touch-up appointments, with the remaining balance payable on the day of treatment. When booking online, you also have the option to pay your remaining balance using Klarna instalments.

TREATMENT FAQS

  • Yes! Once healed, the result is a natural-looking lip tint that can be worn on its own with a little lip balm.

    If you’re looking for a more vibrant healed result, this can be achieved by layering more colour during the treatment - just mention this during your consultation.

  • Everyone has different pain tolerances - some clients find it uncomfortable at times, whilst others will be falling asleep during the treatment. We will apply numbing throughout to manage pain and make sure you’re comfortable.

  • Yes, you can get permanent makeup with oily skin. In fact, this is a perk of having the treatment, as you don’t need to worry about your makeup smudging or coming off! You may find that you need more frequent top ups compared to those with dry/combination skin.

  • There are three PMU brow styles available at Jenna Turner Permanent Cosmetics: Powder Brows, Hairstroke Brows and Combination Brows.

    Powder Brows are designed to mimic your brow makeup - we use shading to create a soft, powdery result, that gives a more defined and polished look overall.

    Hairstroke Brows are perfect for those that like a more natural look. The goal is to look like really good, natural brows when healed.

    Combination Brows are a mix of both shading and hairstrokes, with soft fluffy fronts, and more defined arch and tails.
