MEET JENNA

“Hello! I’m Jenna, a Rochester based permanent makeup artist, specialising in natural-looking permanent makeup that enhances your features while still feeling like you. I genuinely love creating soft, subtle results that boost confidence without ever looking overdone - the kind of results that make you feel your best from the moment you wake up.

I’m fully trained, licensed and insured to offer a range of permanent makeup treatments including powder brows, combination brows, nano brows, lash enhancement eyeliner and lip blush. I also provide brow lamination, waxing, tinting and lash lifts, so you can enjoy beautifully maintained results all in one place.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m a busy toddler mum, usually tackling tantrums, snacks, and everything in between. I know first-hand how precious time is, which is why I’m so passionate about permanent makeup. I love that it helps my clients feel confident, polished and ready to take on the day, even on the busiest mornings.

What matters most to me is that you feel comfortable, listened to and completely confident in your decision. I take the time to understand your goals, explain every step and ensure your results feel like the very best version of you.

Jenna is fully licensed and approved by her local authority to carry out the permanent makeup treatments she offers.

Permanent makeup is designed to enhance your natural features, never overpower them. Each treatment is approached with care, starting subtly to allow for healing, with the option to perfect depth, detail and colour at your top-up.

Jenna uses only the highest-quality permanent makeup pigments, all 100% cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and expertly formulated to fade softly and naturally over time.

Jenna Turner Permanent Cosmetics is based in a private treatment room within Aura Aesthetics Clinic, perfectly positioned in the heart of Rochester’s historic, vibrant high street. The room offers beautiful views of Rochester Castle and Cathedral, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery throughout your treatment.

The clinic is conveniently located for clients from all over Kent (Gillingham, Gravesend, Maidstone), as well as for those in Essex, Surrey, Sussex and South East London. Convenient parking is available at several nearby car parks and the studio is easily accessible by train or bus.

  • There are several car parks conveniently located around Rochester High Street, all within easy walking distance of the clinic. The closest car park is Boley Hill (Rochester Castle), which is just a 1–2 minute walk from the clinic. The Cathedral car park is the next closest option and is approximately a 5-minute walk away. All nearby car parks accept cash, contactless payments or RingGo.

    Please allow a little extra time for parking and locating the clinic when arriving for your appointment. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to ensure we can give each client the time they deserve.

  • Yes, Rochester High Street is well served by public transport, including train, bus, and coach services. Rochester Train Station is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the clinic, and the closest bus and coach stop is Rochester Train Station (Stop O).

    There are also taxi and Uber services readily available if you prefer a more direct option.
