“Hi, I’m Jenna - the artist behind Jenna Turner Permanent Cosmetics.
I’m a fully qualified, licensed and insured Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, specialising in soft, natural-looking results across all treatments offered:

My journey into permanent makeup began after having my own brows and eyeliner tattooed. I was fascinated by the transformation these treatments created and the confidence they gave me, which inspired me to train professionally in micropigmentation.
I’m incredibly proud to have been recognised nationally as a finalist for SPMU Artist of the Year 2026, and I continue to invest in advanced training and masterclasses to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends - ensuring I can offer my clients the very best results.

Jenna is licensed and fully insured for semi-permanent makeup in Kent. Jenna has trained extensively with leading PMU artists and continues to attend training to learn the latest techniques to bring to clients.
HIGH QUALITY PIGMENTS
We use only the highest quality permanent makeup pigments that are safe to use, and fade out gradually over time.
HYGIENE
All tools used are either single-use or sterilised between each use for no cross-contamination and first class hygiene.

The room offers beautiful views of Rochester Castle and Cathedral, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery throughout your treatment. Available by appointment only.

All appointments include a complimentary consultation to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with the permanent makeup process. This allows us to discuss your desired results in detail before treatment begins and can take place either on the day of your appointment or in advance if you have any questions or concerns.
